It's based on the Booklet, Managing Church Money, written by Richard Broome for the Florida Baptist Convention. 

This slide show is an excellent overview of the seminar that I present on this subject. Every church should send one or two representatives to this seminar! I teach it from a CPA's perspective whose has over 20 years experience helping church's manage the accounting, financial and money systems. Also see:
